The first thing that you should do is unplug your receiver entirely so that it will switch off.
Next up, you will need to press down and hold in the power button for around 15 seconds.
Then, turn on the receiver by plugging it back in again. Then, you will need to wait for about 10 seconds while it powers back up again.
Next up, start it up again by pressing the power button.
